I gotta tell you, i never minded the stock seat. My ass gets sore after a time, but not near as bad as some and not bad in general. But OMFG, i sat on a commander saturday and i was floored by that seat ! I'm not about to but another bike just for the seat but if that seat fit the regular Tbird (and yes, i know it doesn't) i would be all over that at nearly any price barring something insane. I don't think i've ever sat my ass in anything that comfortable whether you;re talking bikes seats of living room furniture or what.

Yeah it's pretty sweet. The first day I got my Commander I road 100 miles, after about 70-80 I started noticing some slight pain in the two pressure points in the ass cheeks. I did a bit of research and a few people said the same thing.

Last Saturday I did 285 miles, as I was returning home I started thinking about the seat and my butt. No pain what so ever !
Guess like any seat it just needed a few miles to conform to my butt.

So right now I'm loving it, I do question how warm it will be in the heat of the summer, only time will tell.

FYI, I'm with you on the stock TB seat, never really bothered me anymore that most seats.
Purchased a Corbin a few years back for another bike. I hated that expensive thing. Hard as a rock. Everyone said, ya gotta give it a couple of thousand miles to break in. Well after 6000 miles my ass never broke in and I sold it.
